I have been cooking this this today after class at school with other student. It was real fun and the recipe is very simple. I also made a few pictures, you can see them below. I think they speak for themselves.
Why to cook it? Simple, light and effortless.
3 slices of short crust pastry
500 gr of cottage cheese (2x)
chunk of grated feta chceese
spinach (chopped and well dried)
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C
Fry onion and garlic
Mix eggs with cheese and spinach
Bake for 10 min the bottom layer of the pie (just the pastry)
Mix cheese with onion and garlic
When the bottom layer is baked, put the mixture on it and cover it with another layer of the pastry.
Bake for about 15 min.
